We recognise that not everyone wants their customers to see their business address. Maybe you operate from home, for example.

To hide your address simply login to the Pomelo Pay website via your computer, go to Settings and click on Company. You will see a toggle at the foot of the page where you can hide your address.

If you do not want your address to show click on the button so it turns grey.

Please note that you can currently only access these settings on our website, not via the app. If you do not have access to a computer or laptop please contact us and we will hide your address on your behalf.
