How do I activate my account?

To activate your account, all you need to do is head to the app and click Activate my account.

Once you tap this button, we will ask you to fill out a bit more information about you and your business. We will also ask you to upload a picture of your ID and upload a short video, so we are able to verify your ID. These steps are for us to get to know you and your business better, and to make sure we are following the FSA regulations.

In most cases, account activation takes between 24 and 48 hours. In some cases our team might need further information, in which case you will be sent an email asking for more details so that we can verify your account.
