Once you have given us all the required information, our compliance team will take a look at your account. It is up to this team to decide if there is enough information to verify your business. You will then receive an email either asking for more information, or letting you know that your account has been verified.
Unfortunately, we are not able to verify all business, so sometimes the compliance team with have to make the hard decision to reject some businesses if their industry or information is deemed outside our risk appetites.
We always suggest that you check your junk box in your emails to make sure it hasn't ended up in there! Otherwise, your account will be reviewed in due course whilst our team is working hard to get this verified.
