Thank you for setting up an account with Pomelo Pay!

Once you have given us all the required information, our compliance team will take a look at your account. It is up to this team to decide if there is enough information to verify your business. You will then receive an email either asking for more information, or informing you know that your account has been verified.

Unfortunately, we are not able to verify all businesses. Sometimes the compliance team will have to make the hard decision to reject some businesses if their industry or information is deemed outside our risk appetite.

We always suggest that you check your junk box in your emails to make sure it hasn't ended up in there! Otherwise, you can trust our team to get your account reviewed and verified as soon as possible.
