We aim to review every account within 24 and 48 hours. However, sometimes the process can take a little bit longer than this if our compliance team need more information to be able to verify you and your business. If this is the case, then you will receive and email asking to supply additional information.

In other cases, it will be due to compliance team receiving high volumes of accounts to review, in which case we kindly ask for your patience and to keep an eye on your emails as we will be in touch soon.
