Pomelo Pay needs either an internet connection or 3G on your mobile to take payment. However, if you find that your phone is not connected for some reason, you can print out your unique static QR code (which can be downloaded from your merchant dashboard at dashboard.pomelopay.com) and display it. Then, as long as your customer has a smartphone that is connected, he/she can still scan your static QR code, enter the amount, and then make payment to you.
